note to self: this is what we call a tragedy « Thread Started on Mar 1, 2007, 9:17am »
Aeryn's icy eyes flicked back and forth. Where was she? Not near Dandy territory, that was for sure. But, she needed to be near Dandy territory. She was a Dandy.
A short angry sigh let her nostrils, floating up into the cool air. Where was the Dandy territory anyway?! She had no clue. She sat down boredly, leaning against the wall of the alley. Eyes closing, she left her self very vunerable.

Ah, there was that smirk. That oh-so-familiar Dandy smirk. His lips peeled back to reveal his sharp fangs. The fangs that had pierced the flesh of so many before. He stepped out of the dark, not that it would have mattered. If she was a vampire, as he suspected, she would have seen him already.
Lost? he asked, a smug look on his features.
He loved it when others were vulnerable, he loved making them feel small. It was his passion. He grinned, his fangs once more coming into view, giving his high society look a more, sinister feel. His left hand lovingly petted the fur slung over his shoulder as he watched her, his gaze never flickering.

One eye flicked open boredly. William. The Dandy leader. Hello William. she murmured this as an insult, cruel and mocking. She rose coldly, looking at him with cold eyes. She matched his cool smirk. Nah, not lost. Just looking. liar, her mind murmured, but she ignored it.
Her eyes flickered over him. He was very commanding, but she could match that.

He laughed, a laugh which seemed more of a hiss than anything. His fangs glinted in the faint light. This one was feisty, she wouldn't be easy to mess with, he could tell.
At what, if I may ask? I don't find the floor all that interesting.
There it was again, that smirk. And who could ignore that sharp gaze. Hie eyes seemed to throw forward daggers. He did not bother to pretend, did not bother to act. Here everything was in his eyes, the cruelty, the visciousness, the deadly spite. It was all there. It was not masked by innocence or happiness.
Do not attempt to lie to me. It is stupid, and pointless.

Brow c.ocked easily, a lazy grin on her lips. Stupid and pointless? She could think of a few things that were also stupid and pointless. She took a few seconds to form a comeback, readying herself for the onslaught of words, or fists, that would befall her after she hissed these words.
Stupid and pointless to lie to you? Will, I can think of a few more things that are stuid and pointless. You, for example. she giggled somewhat, leaning back against the wall, looking utterly at ease. That was her, cool and calm until threatened with r.ape or something.

He chuckled, unfazed by her words. His eyes held a glint of malice as he stepped closer towards her, slightly amused by her behaviour. There was a way to break everyone, no matter how tough they appeared on the outside, everyone had their weaknesses. Even he had his, not that anyone knew of course. Keeping his infamous smirk playing across his lips, he put a firm hand on her shoulder, attempting to push her back into the wall.
You will find I care not for insults, seeing as I have been called so many things in my lifetime. However, I do demand a certain amount of respect, whether you be Viper or Dandy, he said, in a light tone, his voice still sharp as ever.
He ran his eyes over her face, his smirk growing.
You are pretty, it would be a pity to have to kill you over plain insolence. Then again, I don't necessarily have to kill you to make you hurt now do I?
The tone changed to a more dangerous one, but one could tell, William was enjoying it. His eyes danced with cold amusement but he was being very, very serious. The Dandy leader hardly ever lied when he threatened somebody, unless of course, he was telling them that he'd let them go after he got answers. But he wasn't looking for answers here, he was simply enjoying the night.

You would kill one of your own? I hear Dandies die easily. Ville and his vampire friend killed a Dandy a few days ago, from what I have gathered. Supposed to be one of your 'elite' warriors? she hissed, saying elite as a insult. She allowed herself to be pushed back, still calm, still cool.
Her brow cocked again, though a hint of worry flickered in her light blue eyes. Her backed agains the wall and him in front of her, this mihgt get ugly. She slid her hand around to the knife in her pocket.
Are the great Dandies weakening? If they are, I may have to find another clan...Viper perhaps. she grinned, not meaning this at all. Well, the Viper part anyway. She desisped them and if she did leave being a Dandy, she would go to the Independents.

The corner of his mouth twitched slightly. He was losing patience very quickly. Lucas' death wasn't exactly his fondest memory. His face however, remained as it was. He saw the flicker of worry that had passed across her icy blue eyes and his smirk widened considerably.
Lucas was a mere scout. He made the mistake of drinking on duty and attacking two while still in his state.
His voice was calm, his eyes glinted again, catching the slight movement of her hand. He grabbed at her wrists, trying to pull them up into sight.
I really wouldn't do that if I were you, he whispered into her ear, his voice frosty enough to chill the bone.

A soft snarl rose in her throat. She lashed out with her foot, trying to hit him and make him release her. He managed to catch her wrists, which heavily restricted her movement. Damn! she swore silently, glaring at him and kicking out again.

He let her struggle against his vice grip, his dark eyes watching all the while, amused. It seemed, she wasn't as hard to scare as he had first thought. Her words only made him laugh. This really was going to be entertaining.
I don't think I will actually, I quite like it here.
He kept a strong hold of her wrists and brought his head to her neck, letting his fangs graze the flesh there. It was only a threat, to scare her again, but then again, there was no telling what he'd do.

Ceasing her sturggle, she glared into his eyes, icy blue ones showing hatred. He called himself a leader but hurt someone who hoped to become a follower? What kind of leader would do that?
When he scraped his fangs along her neck, she lashed out with fangs and feet, hopingfully striking his shoulder with fangs and his legs with feet. Oh, he would regret this one day.

He let her strike him, knowing that wounds of the flesh would heal in time. And being a vampire, it wouldn't take very long for his wounds to close, but too much blood loss would prove fatal, so he made sure his hold on her was secure.
You really are a feisty one aren't you?
The laugh that followed was a haunting one. It was a laugh that one heard in your darkest of nightmares, a laugh that you'd expect from a serial killer. Well, what was William if not a serial killer? He didn't always hunt with a reason. And those he hunted often died horrifically. He had quite a reputation. But that was his intention. He wanted the fame, he wanted the power. He wanted his mere name to instill fear in the hearts of others, not just humans, but vampires as well. He wanted all to come crawling to him, begging to join him, to be put under his protection. The very thought sent pleasant shivers up his spine.
When he snapped out of his thoughts, the cold smirk plastered itself back on his face.
You wanted to find the Dandies?
His eyes flashed.
You found us.
He tightened his grip on her and without a sound, they disappeared.
(OOC: excuse the powerplaying. I didn't know how else to make that work. )
